Having over 25 years of experience in specialty customer service industries (including the airline industry, the funeral industry, the dental industry, and the real estate industry since 2010), Patrick feels every real estate transaction is about his clients. It doesn't matter if that is for the sale or purchase of a bachelor suite condominium or a luxury property. Every client is important and each is deserving of his time and expertise. He loves meeting people and getting to know them and their families on a one-on-one basis, and believes every interaction with a client is a customer service opportunity. He takes great pride in helping people with their real estate requirements and feels a great responsibility to his clients and their families, making every effort to assist and protect them throughout the entire real estate process. He is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and a Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS).
Family is of utmost importance to Patrick. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. He also enjoys physical fitness, reading, writing, great movies, and travel.
